Welcome!

This is the first post of a blog where I’ll chronicle some of my running adventures – training, racing, and all the big and small details surrounding the two.  I’m writing primarily for friends and acquaintances who are mid-packers like myself and have asked for more details on my training.  I’ve also been told I write pretty good race reports and that I should consider sharing them with a wider audience.
